Cheesy Giant Rice Cooker Okonomiyaki Pancake
- Lightly oil rice cooker pot.
- Prepare okonomiyaki mix as usual, placing wet batter and ingredients together in bowl.
- Pour mix into pot gradually, layering with slices of cheese.
- Cook one cycle. If not done, cook another cycle.
- Top with okonomiyaki sauce, aonori (green laver sprinkles) and criss-cross Japanese mayonnaise pattern to get the distinctive okonomiyaki look.
- "Okonomiyaki" literally means “grill as you like”. Popular additions are pork slices, cabbage, corn, shallots, mung beans, pork slices, octopus, roe.

- one cup of okonomiyaki flour
- 3/4 cup of water
- one egg
- 300 grams of cabbage
- a few scallions (chopped, including the tops)
- pork (one slice for each pancake)

- okonomiyaki sauce (sweet and sticky)
- nori seaweed
- dried bonito flakes.
- Criss-cross with Japanese mayo.
